The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) in South Africa is a legislative framework that ensures transparency and accountability by providing individuals with the right to access information held by public and private bodies. This law is integral to promoting a culture of openness, enabling citizens to exercise their rights to access information necessary for protecting their rights.
Obscure Technologies fully complies with PAIA by implementing robust information management systems that facilitate lawful and secure access to relevant information.
